Transforming Chronic Pain Care with Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle!

I’m a chronic pain physician in Gainesville, Florida. I’m an anesthesiologist who specializes in chronic pain. We prescribe medications and perform steroid injections in various places.

But I’ve found it frustrating that my patients don’t always get better. A lot of that has to do with chronic inflammation. Oftentimes, they are not active and overweight.
