Feeling Like Myself Again!
Hey Yalda—this is a major appreciation message, and I don’t even know where to begin.

The Eat Burn Sleep lifestyle has helped me so much. I’ve always considered myself healthy, but after being diagnosed with PCOS, I could tell something was off. My body just wasn’t responding the way it should.
